Digital Products
All of our products are digital sheet music files (PDFs) and are delivered electronically.

No Returns or Exchanges
Due to the nature of our products, we cannot offer returns, exchanges, or refunds once a purchase is completed. Digital downloads cannot be “returned” in the traditional sense because they are intangible and can be copied.

Delivery Issues
If you experience any problems with downloading your file, or if the file is corrupted or unreadable, please contact us within 7 days of your purchase. We will work with you to provide a replacement file as quickly as possible.
